About the 2025 Summer Games
The Special Olympics Virginia Summer Games are the largest annual competition for Special Olympics athletes in the state of Virginia.
This year's event will take place in Richmond, Virginia from June 6-7, 2025. The Games will feature over 1,100 athletes from across Virginia competing in a variety of sports such as swimming, track and field, tennis and more.

The 2025 Opening Ceremony

Olympic Celebration Night
Cap off an incredible day with music, games, and good vibes. The Olympic Celebration runs from 7:00–9:00 PM and is packed with activities for athletes, families, and fans alike.
