Applications are now being accepted for Special Olympics Virginia’s 2024 Annual Awards recognition. Four outstanding individuals and one outstanding family will be recognized for their contribution to the mission of Special Olympics Virginia. Each year Special Olympics Virginia recognizes Athletes, Sponsors, Coaches, and Volunteers for their outstanding service and their contribution to the success of the mission of Special Olympics. Help us recognize people in your community that are creating a bigger, better communities through sports and Special Olympics Virginia.
Nominations are due by Monday, April 1, 2024. There is one form for all awards and the award details are explained on the nomination form. Please check only one category for each candidate. Please note that the Rising Star and the Outstanding Coach Award nominations require feedback from an athlete that has been coached by the coach you may be nominating.
