Special Olympics Virginia uses EdApp, a mobile-friendly learning platform, to offer short, interactive trainings that are easy to fit into busy schedules. Lessons take just a few minutes and are designed with videos, quizzes, visuals, and real-life examples to keep learning engaging and accessible for different learning styles.
Our goal is to make training simple, flexible, and useful so volunteers, staff, coaches, and community members can build skills without needing long classes or set meeting times.

Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (IDE)
These modules help learners build the knowledge and skills to create more welcoming, respectful, and fair environments. Each lesson is short, interactive, and practical, making it easy to learn and apply right away.
Athlete Leadership
These training's empower people with and without intellectual disabilities to become inclusive leaders. Modules focus on leadership, communication, and advocacy, while helping shift mindsets from unconscious bias to true inclusion. Many lessons connect to the Unified Champion Schools framework and show how to create meaningful roles for people with intellectual disabilities in teams, families, and communities.With EdApp, learning is on-demand, easy to access, and built to support real impact one short lesson at a time.
