Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Special Olympics Virginia Summer Games. In order to provide medical support and basic first aid, medical training is required. Students, medical professionals and military personnel are welcome.
Please note:
- Volunteers in these roles should have experience or training in the medical field: physician, athletic trainer, physical therapist, nurse, EMT, etc.

- You will receive an automatic brief confirmation email after registering (check your junk folder if you can't find it). An additional detailed logistics email with instructions on parking and arrival will be sent the week of the event.

- Each role has a different address, so please pay close attention to your reporting location.
- 1-2 weeks out from the event, a more detailed email will be sent with information about on site medical kits, paperwork and crisis plan.
