Our Summer Games Logistics Crew is the behind-the-scenes team that keeps everything running smoothly. From riding gators across the venue to delivering supplies, setting up tables and chairs, assisting vendors, and tackling the unexpected, this group handles whatever the day brings. We’re looking to add 4–5 dependable volunteers who enjoy staying active, solving problems, and jumping in where they’re needed most.
This crew in on site (at the University of Richmond) all day Friday June 5th (12pm-9pm) and Saturday June 6th (8am-9pm). They have a spot where they relax in between jobs and take breaks as there are some down periods while competition is happening and before we switch over to the next activity.
