Highlighting High Achieving Ladies!

Maura & Natascha, Two YPB Standouts

MAURA LONG:

Maura began working as a realtor with Hometown Realty in 2021 and in just two years has made an impact on the company, her team and her clients.

Most recently, Maura was named the 2022 Rookie of the Year and Rising Star at the Hometown Annual Awards! Maura puts 110% into everything that she does and is extremely deserving of this recognition.

Additionally, back in December at the comapny party, Maura took home the "Treat People The Way You Want To Be Treated" Award. Her fellow YPB members would agree that Hometown Realty made the right choice! Maura always thinks of others; from jumping into help volunteer at Special Olympics Virginia events to looking at for athletes that have become some of her closest friends. We are so lucky to have Maura as a part of our board!

NATASCHA ZELLOE:

Natascha has been on the Capital One team since 2020. Although over the years her role has changed, her passion for giving back has not.

This year, Natascha won the Impact Maven Award for her work in the Tech Pro Bono space. The Impact Maven is given to an individual who has demonstrated remarkable talent through their considerable contributions to a pro bono project or growth consulting engagement.

Although her fellow YPB members don't work in the office with her, they see her dedication to giving back through her involvement with the board. Natascha is the first to raise her hand, provide insightful feedback and share ideas for how the YPB can make a bigger impact. We're so thankful to have her insights and involvement!
