This year, United fielded three spirited Plane Pull teams , provided one of the aircraft featured in the competition, and staffed the operations that make the experience unforgettable for participants and spectators alike. Their leaders helped kick off the event with inspiring remarks, and United employees enjoyed a dedicated hospitality tent—creating a space for camaraderie, celebration, and community.
United’s support extended beyond Dulles in 2025. The airline proudly sponsored the Special Olympics Virginia Fall Championships in Virginia Beach, helping thousands of athletes shine on and off the playing fields. Their investment ensures meaningful competition, inclusive experiences, and opportunities that empower individuals with intellectual disabilities across the Commonwealth.
