Sgt. Wallace has been active with Torch Run and Special Olympics for over five years and has been active on the local, state, and even international levels during that time. He has continually represented his department with participation in Cover the Cruisers, Wawa with the Law, Tip-a-Cops, golf tournaments, Plane Pull, and his agency's local Polar Plunge every February.
When Sgt. Wallace attended the International Torch Run Conference in Denver, he was ultimately inspired and motivated to expand his fundraising imagination and support of Special Olympics Virginia.
