Samuel is a Special Olympics Virginia athlete from Virginia Beach who competes in flag football. He has been involved in Special Olympics for 10 years and has also participated in basketball, softball, and track & field. Through Special Olympics, Sam has become more active and enjoys meeting new people. He is most proud of playing well in competition and loves being involved in sports. Sam admires his wife and mother and is excited to attend the 2026 USA Games, where he looks forward to having fun, meeting new people, and competing against other teams. He is currently training by working out, practicing, and learning new football skills and plays as he prepares for his first USA Games experience.
