Joshua Crump has spent his time with Special Olympics Virginia playing baseball, basketball and soccer three sports, one very busy calendar.
The Roanoke athlete says having autism and ADHD has been hard, and that having a sports outlet is what built his confidence. He admires LeBron James, all-time great scorer, NBA champion, successful businessman and, Joshua is quick to point out, a guy who started a school.
He joined the YMCA to add even more training on top of three sports, so if you are picking a Plane Pull coach, pick the one already putting in extra reps.
