A Special Olympics Virginia staff member, Kelli serves as Director of Advancement, a role she has held since October 2023. Before joining Special Olympics Virginia, she worked as a Project UNIFY Intern in North Carolina and later as a Senior Marketing and Event Manager in Georgia. Through her work with Special Olympics, Kelli has learned the importance of living with purpose, valuing every person, and believing that anything is possible through inclusion and teamwork. Outside of work, she enjoys running and has completed four marathons, improving her time with each race. She admires her dad, Mark Bonner, for his strength and dedication to family, and she is a proud dog mom to her rescue pup, Melo.
