Justin Special Olympics Virginia athlete who has been competing for 23 years. He plays volleyball and has also participated in basketball, track, softball, and bowling. Through Special Olympics, Justin has been able to stay active, meet new people, and build friendships. One of his biggest challenges has been moving and joining a new team, but he’s proud of earning multiple gold medals along the way. Outside of sports, Justin enjoys going to the beach, playing golf, spending time with his family, and traveling. He has worked in maintenance at Walmart for 12 years and is proud of his dedication there. Justin looks up to Michael Jordan for his determination and success, and to Conor McGregor for his coaching in ultimate fighting. Having overcome a kidney transplant, Justin is excited to attend his first USA Games in Minneapolis in 2026, where he looks forward to meeting athletes from all over and representing Virginia with pride.
