Jackson is a Special Olympics Virginia athlete and student at Goochland High School, a Unified Champion School. A passionate basketball player and fisherman, he is known for his positive attitude, teamwork, and determination both on and off the court. He’s currently training for the 2026 USA Games—his first national competition—by playing AAU basketball and running whenever he has the chance. Overcoming challenges like a broken arm during basketball season, Jackson returned stronger than ever, earning awards such as Most Improved and MVP of the Offense. He takes pride in seeing athletes smile, support one another, and share in the joy of competition. Inspired by his grandparents, who taught him the value of hard work, Jackson approaches every opportunity with gratitude, perseverance, and heart.
