Heather has been coaching Special Olympics Virginia for 30 years. While she will lead the volleyball team in Minnesota, she has also coached basketball, softball, and bowling. The Special Olympics has taught her patience and compassion. She is passionate about supporting her son with autism and takes pride in helping both him and her athletes thrive. She enjoys church, volunteering at food banks, and crafts, and credits God for guidance through life’s challenges.
