Christopher is a Special Olympics Virginia golf athlete from Chesapeake who has been involved in the program for 25 years through Suffolk Area 29. In addition to golf, he has competed in volleyball and bowling and has earned multiple medals at Special Olympics events. He has also completed the Global Messenger training program. Chris is proud to represent Virginia at the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games and looks forward to traveling and meeting new people. He stays active by exercising, walking, riding his bike, and practicing with his Area 29 golf team. Chris says the Special Olympics has given him the chance to socialize and take part in activities he would not have had without it.
