Ben Fravel is a retired first sergeant from the Prince William County Police Department. A 40-year veteran of LETR, Ben was introduced to the movement by his chief when Torch Run first came to Virginia. He has countless memories, but says his favorite will always be the next time he volunteers alongside Special Olympics athletes.
