The Xperience Tennis Invitational returns to the Boar’s Head Resort in Charlottesville for a three-day gathering of 19 Special Olympics tennis athletes from 13 states. From January 2 to 4, players will take the courts for training sessions, match play, and weekend programming designed to bring together athletes from across the country to compete against some of the strongest athletes in the state.
The event opens with a clinic led by the University of Virginia tennis program, followed by the Opening Ceremony and Unified Doubles to set the pace for the weekend.
Saturday and Sunday feature full days of tennis on the indoor courts at Boar’s Head, where athletes rotate through matches, take on new competition, and settle into the competitive rhythm of the tournament.
The Invitational wraps up Sunday with an Awards Ceremony and an evening celebration for athletes, coaches, and families.
