2024 Dulles Plane Pull

2024 Dulles Day Festival Information

Here is what you need to know!

HOW MUCH IS DULLES DAY?
The Dulles Day Festival is a free event to attend! Parking and bus transportation from the parking lot to the event is also free of charge. We do recommend that patrons bring some money with them to the event to donate to Special Olympics Virginia through some of the many activities onsite.

WHEN TO ARRIVE AT THE EVENT
For general festival attendees, the festival gates open at 10:30 am and close to new attendees at 3:30 pm. Please note, due to security, entry lines can become long especially from 10:30 - 11:30 am so plan accordingly.

PARKING AND GETTING TO THE EVENT
The 2024 event will continue to occur in the cargo area of Dulles International Airport and all participants, volunteers and festival attendees will enter the event in this area.

Attendees should plan on driving to the airport and following the several signs for "Event Parking" which will take them to a FREE long term parking lot. They will then be shuttled a short distance in ADA compliant shuttles buses to the event gate.

ENTERING THE EVENT
All event attendees, are required to go through security as this event is on airport property. The event is under a stadium bag policy so please do not bring any large bags/backpacks, outside food or drinks or animals unless it is a service animal. In addition, no weapons of any kind are allowed unless you are an officer in uniform. Bags for child care or medical care purposes are permitted but will be searched and those attendees MUST go though the specific bag line. The expedited line is for Plane Pull team members only. All attendees will be wanded upon entering.
