The Healthy Athlete program will include Special Smiles, MOM Project, Funfitness and Opening Eyes. There will be additional health care professionals providing free screenings and advice for athletes and volunteers. The Special Smiles/MOM Project, Funfitness, and Opening Eyes screenings are for athletes only. The programs require a current release form on file with the Harrisonburg office that has the Healthy Athlete Release language. The MOM project requires a separate release form that has been sent to the HOD's and area leadership.
