Instructions:

These files are in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format; in order to print the file you need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. This program is free, and is available from the Adobe web site. Acrobat is the only program that works consistently on all platforms (Macintosh, Unix, Windows), and that will insure that the forms print correctly no matter what type of printer you are using.


If you spend any time at all on the Web, you will need this program sooner or later. Instructions for downloading and installation are available at the Adobe site.

So you need to:

1. Download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader (if you do not have it already).
2. Download the Volunteer Information Form file, below.
3. Open that file (vregform.pdf) using Acrobat Reader.
4. Print that file on your printer.
