January 2, 2002

Name: Brandon Strickler

Hometown: Verona

Age: 23-years old

Number of years in Special Olympics: 15 years

Special Olympics Sports: Volleyball, Rollerskating, Half-Court Basketball, Bowling, Softball skills and the local Special Olympics Choir

Brandon Strickler

This year Brandon participated in Volleyball Team play, Rollerskating, Half-court Basketball, Bowling, Softball skills and the local Special Olympics Choir. In the past, he has also been a member of the swim team and tried his hand at golf.

Brandon graduated in 2001 from Wilson Memorial High School and now attends a day program at the ARC of Augusta two days a week. He lives at home with his parents, brother and poodle, Toby.

His favorite hobbies, in addition to Special Olympics, are playing with his Playstation 2 games, watching wrestling, The Three Stooges and the Power Rangers; singing on his Karaoke machine and riding his four wheeler!
