Special Olympics Virginia Seeks National Games Coaches and Assistant Head of Delegation

Ames, Iowa will welcome Team Virginia to the first ever Special Olympics USA National Games. In July, 2006, Ames will be transformed into an Olympic Village to host 3,500 athletes, 2,000 coaches and delegates, 12,000 family members and friends, 8,000 volunteers, and 30,000 spectators. Special Olympics Virginia is looking for qualified Coaches and an Assistant Head of Delegation. Applications for all available positions (listed below under download forms) and information regarding the 2006 National Games can be downloaded from the links below. The deadline for submissions of applications has been extended to June 30, 2005.
