Special Olympics Virginia recognized several outstanding athletes, volunteers and families at the February Annual Awards Celebration, presented by Farm Bureau Insurance. Congratulations to all of the 2012 award winners; their gifts to Special Olympics Virginia are all shining examples of how we can transform communities:
