Over the Edge Norfolk, Special Olympics Virginia’s inaugural Over the Edge event in the Tidewater area, invites the truest of fans to rappel 15 stories (almost 250 feet!) from the roof of the Main Street Tower in Norfolk to the sidewalk below.
