The VMI Games

Event Information:

The VMI Games is a multi-sport event on the Post of Virginia Military Institute.  The event is open to all Special Olympics programs throughout the State.  The VMI Games features seven sports and draws 400+ athletes and 300 VMI Cadet volunteers.  All sports compete at the same time and all athletes get back together for a dance and victory celebration.  VMI hosts a buffet dinner to close the day. 

Sports offered are half court basketball, basketball skills, power lifting, aquatics, bocce, athletics and equestrian.
